The most basic and standard language used to create websites is Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML).
Websites are made up of pages called web pages. Web pages display content that may include text, images, audios and videos. HTML is what makes it possible for this content to be placed on web pages, in a structured or orderly manner.
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), on the other hand is used to style HTML, giving websites a uniform look. For instance, text for headings could be given a particular font type and colour, while paragraphs could be of a different font type and colour, and this will be automatically applied on all web pages of the website.
HTML can be thought of as the foundation while CSS takes care of the aesthetics.

The four weeks spent here was quite interactive and beneficial. Each class involved dealing with myriad elements that each came together to beautifully form a page and the teacher taught in a way that rendered the entire process simplistic. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at CodeCamp.

It was educative and the lecturer was effective. Class size was small, making it easy for each of us to grasp what we were being taught.

This course is very helpful and allows us to create websites on our own and learn things we never thought would be that easy. It was a great experience and I got to learn a lot of new things which I am positive will help me in the future.
